Who is responsible

Oliver Wana, oliver@oliverwana.at

Voting

Votes are anonymous. Your phone keeps a random number so you can change your answer instead of voting twice; we store it with your answer, never your name or contact details.

Getting the slides

If you sign up, we store your first name, last name, email address, the time of sign-up and the wording you agreed to. We use them to send you the slides and the poll results of this talk and — only if you ticked the second box — occasional news and updates from Oliver Wana, for example a new workshop or updates on the AI-native model.

Legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Giving your details is voluntary. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future — an email to oliver@oliverwana.at or a reply to any of our emails is enough. We keep your data until you withdraw, then delete it.

Who processes the data

The site runs on Vercel (Vercel Inc.) and stores data with Upstash (Upstash Inc.), both on servers in Frankfurt, Germany, under data processing agreements. Both companies are based in the USA; any transfer there is covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell or pass on your data.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to withdraw your consent. Write to oliver@oliverwana.at. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian data protection authority (Datenschutzbehörde, dsb.gv.at).

Wording you agree to

“Send me the slides and the poll results of this talk.” and optionally “Send me news & updates: occasional emails from Oliver Wana — for example a new workshop or exciting updates on the AI-native model. Unsubscribe anytime.” — version 2026-11-02.
